Recommended Dress We recommend wearing comfortable, seasonal clothing over a swimsuit. Please bring reef-safe sunscreen, a beach towel and a bag to hold your personal items while diving.
Restrictions All participants must be certified SCUBA divers. Minimum age is 14 years old. Large amount of walking with heavy equipment is required, often over unpaved and uneven terrain; participant should be in good physical health to take this tour. Guests with prohibitive physical ailments such as back, neck, or other injuries affecting their ability to balance are not recommended for this tour. Guests experiencing sinus congestion or guests flying within 24 hours of tour date are not recommended to participate. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Two Tank Shore Dive at Sea Turtle Cove

If you have come to Hawaii to enjoy diving along the lush and iconic East Hawaiian coast, this is the excursion for you!

Guided by local, experienced dive professionals, your tour departs in the morning just a few miles from where your breathtaking dive site resides. Guests must have SCUBA certification and must have height, weight and shoe size for all guests. After a safety briefing and review of the creatures likely to be encountered, enjoy a non-taxing tour of the underwater wonders near Hilo.

The waters around Hilo are especially unique as the cool fresh water springs that enter the sea along the coast regulates ocean temperatures and prevents coral bleaching. Hilo's coastline is renowned for its brackish waters and abundant sea turtle population and beautiful coral as well as a wealth of marine diversity including octopus, varied manta rays, eels and tropical reef fish.

Your dive master will guide you on an incredible journey through the abundance of sea life and will ensure you have a fun and memorable experience. Come and explore the unseen, underwater side of Hilo, Hawaii.

Please Note: A release of liability must be signed by all participants before taking this tour. Scuba gear is available to rent at an additional cost of $47 US per person (not included), payable to the operator on site, and must be requested at the time of booking. Guests will not be refunded if they do not complete the second dive. The minimum age for all guests is 8 years old with the exception of the Fishing Charters where the minimum age is 12 years. All guests must provide their height, weight, and shoe size prior to the tour.
