Sorrento Coast and Capri by Boat

Once a thriving empire, Pompeii was devastated by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD when 30 feet of volcanic ash and pumice stone blanketed the city.

Your expedition starts as you leave the port of Piano di Sorrento by boat for a breathtaking ride out to Capri.

Once you arrive in Capri you will have approximately 4 hours, a detailed map and a multilingual audio guide to explore the island.
