From here, your guide will take to the small, yet beautiful, baroque fishing village called Perast. Perast is located in the heart of Boka Bay, approximately 12 kilometers from Kotor. The archaeological importance of this historic place is the remains of Neolithic culture (3500 B.C) that have been found, confirming its long existence. A boat will be waiting for you to take you to the manmade island of Our Lady of the Rocks where you will discover and see the church and museum and learn the history and origins of the island. Return to Perast and be provided approximately 30 minutes of free time to explore the town on your own.
