Recommended Dress We recommend comfortable clothes and sensible closed-toe walking shoes. We encourage you to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket.

Restrictions Participants must be able to get in and out of transportation. Guests weighing 240 pounds or more will be subject to an additional comfort seat fee. Please be sure to enter the correct weights in the space provided. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) and walkers are not permitted. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks or generators, may not participate. In Hawaii, child safety seats are required by law for children under the age of 4 and booster seats are required by law for children ages 4 through 7. Seats may be available upon request at time of booking. Please use the appropriate field above to request safety seats for your children if necessary. Children under 12 may not sit in the front seats in the helicopter. Please be sure to enter the names and ages of all children.

Haleakala Sun-Trek

You'll first board a 6 to 8-passenger luxury Limo-Van and head to Kahului Heliport for a unique helicopter flight-seeing tour. Your 30-minute flight will take you above the 10,023-foot summit of Mt. Haleakala for breathtaking panoramic views of the famous crater. Set your camera lens to capture the crater's moonlike surface as well as the surrounding landscape. After your flight, you will explore Maui by land as you ride in air-conditioned comfort to the windsurfing town of Pa'ia. Enjoy breakfast at your own expense at a cafe in Pa'ia's as you soak in the quirky culture of the town.

After breakfast, you will head to Makawao, located on the mid-slopes of Mt. Haleakala's volcano. Browse the eclectic mix of shops and boutiques then, perhaps, peruse some local artists' works at Viewpoints Gallery or visit the Makawao Museum. At Hot Island Glass, you may observe artists creating one-of-a-kind glass vases, platters and more. Enjoy rolling green pastures and peaceful mountain views as you ascend Haleakala. Along the way your guide will share interesting facts about Hawaii's history and geography. Stop at Surfing Goat Dairy to tour and sample some of this working farm's award-winning delicious goat cheeses. Continue to Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery where you will be treated to an al-fresco Pacific Rim cuisine luncheon, enjoying splendid views of the shores of Maui. While here, take a tour of the distillery located on this 80-acre farm before your return to port.
