Full Day Marrakech Highlights

Explore enchanting Casablanca, Morocco, from the Koutoubia Mosque to the Menara Garden on this insightful guided tour, gaining a better understanding of the city's history and significance in the region.

Start your tour at Koutoubia Mosque, where the muezzin calls the faithful to prayer five times a day. The 250-foot-tall minaret was erected by the Almohads in the 12th century and is today a hallmark of the Morocco's skyline.

From here, move on to Bahia Palace, a remarkably well-preserved historic gem and one of the city's most intriguing sights. Meaning "the beautiful", La Bahia is an exquisite showcase of zouak (painted wood) and detailed marquetry and plasterwork, particularly in the Petit Riad and Grand Riad salons. The highlight is the Cour d'Honneur courtyard, with its some 16,000-square-foot floor of Italian Carrara marble.

Your next stop is the Saadian Tombs, a must-see Morocco attraction. This site is just a short walk from the city's main square. Hidden away for nearly two centuries, the lavish tomb complex features Italian Carrara marble and decorative plasterwork adorned with pure gold. Walled up in the 17th century by Alaoite Sultan Moulay Ismail, the site wasn't exposed again until 1917 when it was seen in aerial photography.

Meander next through narrow streets on your way to the alleyways of the Medina, passing by the Dar El Bacha Palace, a grand private residence. Your guide will reveal the treasures of the neighborhood, from street food to workshops where you watch skilled craftspeople create goods to sell at the souk.

After a refreshing lunch break, venture to the Secret Garden, where the morning light accentuates the vibrant hues of the architecture, set against the backdrop of lush greenery. Your journey continues with a leisurely stroll through the serene Menara Garden, providing a tranquil contrast to the city's bustling energy.

Finally, get a panoramic view of Jemaa el-Fnaa square, a great place to people watch and witness daily life in Morocco.

Please Note: Please note: The entrance fee for Bahia Palace (10 EUR per person) is not included in the tour price. This fee is payable on the day of the tour. Your guide will assist you with this. Fees may vary seasonally.
