Creole Heritage Tour
St. Lucia's creole culture is a rich medley of language, food, folklore, music, and religious traditions dating back to pre-colonial times. The broken French dialect is spoken widely throughout the island but is prevalent in more rural areas where the culture is kept alive by elders of the communities. Folktales of black magic and Compere Lapin are passed down from generation to generation.
