Your city tour begins with a drive around Manga Island, a stunning enclave famed for its opulent residences and affluent residents. Next, your journey will lead you towards the Monastery of la Candelaria situated atop Popa Hill, which stands as the highest point in the city. This will be followed by a photo stop at the remarkable San Felipe Fort, recognized as one of the most outstanding forts in the Americas. The former, San Felipe Fort, is an impressive fortress with origins dating back to the 1600s. The latter, a monument, portrays an old pair of shoes and pays homage to a poem written by a local poet. On this Cartagena city tour, continue with a visit to Las Bovedas, a handicraft shopping mall where you will briefly have time to shop and buy souvenirs.
