Travel along the picturesque Pacific Coast Highway 1 in California to reach the stunning Monterey Peninsula, which is renowned for its breath-taking coastal views, an abundance of wildlife, and a classical history. Visit the John Steinbeck-famous Cannery Row, where you'll find fantastic stores and eateries with views of the Pacific.
Next, visit Pebble Beach Golf Course as you travel along the well-known 17-Mile Drive. Along this gorgeous road, we'll stop for pictures. Our tour continues to Carmel by the Sea, where you'll have plenty of time to explore the charming town's beautiful shops and stunning architecture.
Highway 1, one of the most well-known and picturesque highways in the United States, takes you along the coast of California. We'll stop at a spectacular viewpoint so you can partake in the local restaurants and take great pictures of the Pacific Ocean.
The first stop will be Cannery Row in Monterey, walk and explore the charming neighborhood filled with stores, and restaurants or take a stroll on the beach. Visit the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, which is very popular for families and nature lovers during this stop. (Entrance fee to Aquarium not included.)
The journey continues through the magnificent 17-Mile Drive. Stop at amazing spots like Seal Rock, The Lone Cypress, and Pebble Beach for photo opportunities and a moment to enjoy the stunning views.
You will have plenty of time to explore the charming town of Carmel-by-the-Sea at your final stop at Carmel Plaza. The picture-perfect cottages appear to have come straight from a fairy tale. The city's charming cobblestone streets are lined with shops, galleries, and tasting rooms. Explore Carmel's "Secret" Passages, shop the city's many interesting and fun stores, and take your time strolling along Ocean Avenue and the white sand beach.
