Recommended Dress We recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Guests should bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
Restrictions Participants cannot be pregnant, nor suffer with heart or back problems. The maximum weight per ATV is 400 pounds. The minimum age is 6 years old. All ATVs have automatic transmissions. In order to operate an ATV alone, the rider must be at least 18 years of age and must have a valid driver's license; riders 16 years of age or older must have parental approval to operate an ATV alone. Drivers who do not have a valid driver's license can be a passenger on a double ATV.

ATV Adventure Tour in St Maarten

Begin this incredible St. Maarten ATV tour with a safety orientation, where you will be assigned an ATV and provided with a helmet. First-time riders and beginners are more than welcome! Your ATV group will set off to explore the backroads of the island. Fresh air, mountains, beaches, and crowd-less vistas await making for a wonderful way to see the best sights.

Leave the pier area in Philipsburg via Oyster Pond and Quartier d'Orleans to the popular Orient Bay in French Saint-Martin for your first beach stop. This picturesque destination offers a white sand beach where you have the chance to jump off your ATV and head straight into the refreshing clear waters, wash off the road dust and feel thoroughly invigorated. Showers and restrooms are available at the Beach Club. Remember, Orient Beach is a clothing-optional beach.

Next at Grand Case, the gourmet capital of the Caribbean. Here you will also have time for some window browsing and shopping. Nestled in a northern crook on the French side of Saint Martin, Grand Case is beloved by tourists and locals alike. Boating, snorkeling, and diving are some of the endless ways to explore the aquamarine waters you will find here.

Continue to Marigot, the capital of French Saint-Martin, with its fashionable boutiques. Marigot is an appealing spot with brightly colored houses, a scattering of restaurants and lively produce and crafts markets.

Up next you will see Sunset Beach/Maho, St. Maarten's #1 beach, with spectacular overhead jet landings. Be blown away by the jet blast at Maho Beach, the beach ends where the runway of St. Maarten's International Airport begins. Stand on the beach as some of the largest commercial aircraft come in for a landing, the planes will be just feet over your head!

Travel on to Cole Bay Hill with breathtaking scenery and great photo chances before you are dropped off at Philipsburg Cruise Terminal, where you will have the option of returning back to your ship (a 15 minute walk) or exploring the capital on your own.
