Begin your culinary adventure by making your way to your rendezvous point at the Finest At Sea Fish Market to cram down delicious seafood like candied salmon and smoked tuna. Then, sample traditional cuisines at Imagine Studio Cafe which is located right next door. Next, head to Fisherman's Wharf to sample Hawaiian pizza at a floating pizzeria. Discover how this popular style of pizza was invented in Canada by a Greek immigrant. As the tour strolls along James Bay, the guide will go into the early history of Victoria including the influence of George Vancouver and the importance of the gold rush.
The tour will then proceed into the Inner Harbour among some of the most iconic buildings in the city including the Steamship Terminal Building, the Legislative Building, and the Empress Hotel. Here, the tour will sample maple syrup, which is the most famous Canadian export of all! Guests will also sample a Nanaimo bar which is a sweet local delicacy. Love what you're tasting? Here, you will taste poutine, a Quebec dish that contains fries, cheese curds, and gravy. It's not for the faint of heart. The tour ends at Artisan wine.
