The Thrill Ride Jet Boat Adventure
This thrilling jet boat ride is an amazing and unique sightseeing adventure that begins at Circular Quay in the shadow of the Sydney Opera House. The fun begins from this historic site where the first Europeans landed in Australia in 1788.
The excursion consists primarily of spins, slides, power-break stops, and fish-tails, making for one exhilarating experience. The Jet Boat crew will point out the harbor hot-spots as they take you on your hot-lap of Sydney Harbor. It's this unique combination of sightseeing and fun that has thrilled over half a million guests over the past 10 years and makes this excursion a must-do when in Sydney.
Starting with the world famous Opera House, a masterpiece of late modern architecture, you will come face to face with the stunning sights of Sydney. The Opera House is admired internationally and proudly treasured by the people of Australia. In its short lifetime, Sydney Opera House has earned a reputation as a world-class performing arts center and become a symbol of both Sydney and the Australian nation.
Other highlights include Clark and Shark Islands, the harbor-side mansions that are Australia's most expensive real estate, Taronga Zoo and the Sydney Harbor Bridge that links Sydney's two major commercial centers and forms a daily orientation point for millions. It is a living landmark, a tourist experience and an essential transport line for Sydneysiders. It is also a cultural landscape that people actively experience: driving, walking, sailing, flying, cycling, ferry and train commuting, as well as passively observe - from the foreshores, from a distance, as a distinctive landmark - or examine in detail as a marvel of engineering technology.
Important: Please note that you will be provided with a raincoat but you will still get wet. You will be asked to remove your socks and footwear before boarding the boat to prevent them from getting wet. It is recommended that you bring a towel and a change of clothes. The experience will be similar to riding a roller coaster, with sudden turns and high speeds and while wearing a seat belt. You will be provided with a space to store cameras and other personal items, but you should not bring anything onboard the boat that is not supposed to get wet. Not recommended if you get easily seasick or if you have back problems. You will be required to sign a waiver.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a transfer tour. Tour does not drop off at hotels or the airport. Tour vehicle cannot accommodate luggage.
