Under the guidance of a knowledgeable local Master Brewer, go behind the scenes in this brewery and learn the process of brewing craft beer from start to finish. After you have learned all there is to know about the brewing process, grab a glass and savor the taste of this local beverage.

Continue your day of discovery by visiting a unique Tequileria. Explore and taste generous samples of tequila's three most popular varieties, Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo, each with its own unique distillation process. Once you have chosen your favorite, you will have the opportunity to purchase and take home a unique bottle of tequila as a souvenir.

Complete your visit to Ensenada with a stop at Opal Mine Jewelry, where you can view and purchase Mexican Opals. These opals were known to the Aztecs by the name Vitzitziltecpal, meaning hummingbird stone, due to its similarity to the bright iridescent colors of the hummingbird's plumage.
