Follow these simple steps:
- Go to ta.shoreexcursionsgroup.com and select Agent Registration
- Here you will enter your first, last name primary email address and then you will look for your agency in the dropdown menu. Select Create.
- If you don't see your agency, you will see a new pop-up box display that will say; 'Company Name' not found.
- To add agency Click Here: This will then take you to our agency sign up page where you will fill out a more detailed page that will allow us to create a Shore Excursions Group ID for you. Once you complete the form, select Submit.
There are so many great features that agents may utilize directly from your travel agent portal page. We have provided a number of short tutorial videos on the How To / Help link on the portal page. Below you will find a list of great features:
- Book Now: Select the Cruise Line, Ship, Sail Date, and Search. This will provide all of the excursions that are available for this cruise. It is that simple! Even more convenient, you have the ability to email this itinerary or any of these excursions to your clients directly from your website using the "Email Page" button.
- At the top right hand corner, there is an image of an envelope that says email page. Once you select this, it will ask for your info in "Senders name, and Senders email", as well as the Recipient's Email. Enter a short personal note in the Message Box and then share it with your clients.
You have the ability to either upload an individual client or a file with multiple clients. By selecting the 'Add New Client' option, a form will appear. Enter clients first name, last name, email, sail date, ship, duration and then Save. This will initiate the marketing emails for you without any additional steps needed.
Not at this time, however we can do this for you! Send us a high resolution image to info@shoreex.com and we will have our incredible team upload it to your Shore Excursions Group website for you. You can add your picture to your Portal Page.
You will login to your portal page and select clients, find the client that you are looking to remove and click edit, scroll down to the very bottom of that client's information where you will see a box selected making that booking active. Deselect that box making the booking inactive and submit. This will then update the clients status as canceled.

Yes! We already have a couple of videos that explain how to register your client bookings, as well as how to use your personal booking link to generate excursion sales. We are currently working on additional tutorial videos for all of the features our travel agent portal provides.
Outside of 14 days prior to the tour date - Access the clients booking in the Bookings Module - click the order you want to cancel, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel.
